The cost of delivery is as stated on your order.
We can usually arrange delivery between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. You will be contacted to arrange a convenient time once your order has been processed.
We now deliver not only all over the UK but to Europe as well. Please note that delivery costs may vary. However the warranty (two years for the frame and forks, one year for the remaining components) is only valid within the UK.
If you are unavailable to take delivery of your order then you can request that our courier leaves it in a safe place or with a neighbour. However, we regret that we can accept no responsibility for subsequent damage that may occur, once the order has been left at the delivery address.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Returns: If your order(s) is broken or spoiled when it is delivered then you should notify us as soon as possible or in any case within 14 days of delivery, otherwise the returns policy becomes invalid. You will have the option of returning the whole order or just the affected items. You can notify us by post by writing to Trikidoo Ltd, 94 Brook Green, London W6 7BD or email us. All refunds under this returns policy will be paid within 30 days of you notifying us, providing that the merchandise has been returned.
Cancellations: You can cancel an order at any time up to 7 days from the date of delivery as long as the items remain unused, intact and undamaged by contacting us by post by writing to Trikidoo Ltd, 94 Brook Green, London W6 7BD or email us. You will have responsibility for looking after the items until we collect them. We will reimburse the price of the items less delivery charges (including the return pick up charge) within 30 days from the date you inform us that you wish to cancel the order, provided that the order has been collected by the courier. In the case of electric assist, if the Trikidoo has already had the electric assist assembled, you will be reimbursed the cost of the Trikidoo minus the cost of the electric battery.

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling. We accept payment by cheque made out to Trikidoo Ltd, and sent to Trikidoo Ltd, 94 Brook Green, London W6 7BD. We also accept bank transfers and all major credit/debit cards (except AMEX) over the phone. There is a surcharge of 1.5% for credit cards. Our prices include VAT, and duty unless otherwise specified. Any delivery charges are additional. Payment for goods is in advance only.
We can appreciate the frustration of unsolicited mail, so under no circumstances will we pass on any of our valued clients’ details without their permission. However, where we feel that we have a genuine offer or a piece of news, we will let our customers know. If you get a puncture or something else happens to your Trikidoo and you want to repair it (and you live in London) we highly recommend Cycledelik, a team of mobile bike mechanics. They will come to your door at extremely reasonable rates and do easy repairs for you.
If you live in Oxford we recommend Back-on-Trax who will do the same. If you live elsewhere please contact us as we have details of mobile mechanics in other areas too. If you have a mobile bike mechanic you'd like to recommend, please let us know. Mobile bike mechanics are a godsend so we want as many people to know about them as possible! In London we also highly recommend the Bicycle Repair Workshop in Notting Hill and Mend-a-Bike in Fulham. Between them they have almost 60 years of experience. You could do a lot worse than entrust any bike you have to them.
